Join us to discover how to develop your mind for better overall mental health at the Commerce Township Community Library. Brandon from Wise Mind Gentle Soul will teach techniques for better overall mindfulness. Wise Mind Gentle Souls’ techniques work out the mental muscles necessary to develop a new relationship with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Throughout the course of working with the group, Brandon will focus on tools such as pre- and post-meditation journaling exercises, developing a mantra, finding a middle ground with thoughts, cultivating gratitude, and more.
