Are you thinking about preserving food at home this summer? Please join us as Joyce McGarry from the Michigan State University Extension presents a workshop on the basics of food preservation. Joyce will teach food preservation skills and techniques that will provide participants with safe, high-quality canned products. Using up to date research methods, participants will learn how to successfully and safely preserve food.
